iGaming Operators provides access to a B2B intelligence platform with a free tier and paid plans purchased per billing period. By using the platform or purchasing access, you agree to this refund policy.

iGaming Operators is a B2B market intelligence software platform. We do not operate gambling services, accept bets, process player funds, provide gambling odds, or offer consumer gambling products.

Free tier & how billing works

  • The free tier includes a limited number of profile views each month at no cost — no card required and no trial countdown.
  • Paid plans are purchased deliberately for a billing period through our payment provider; you are only charged when you actively choose to buy a plan.
  • We do not auto-start a trial and do not auto-charge you, so there is nothing you must cancel to avoid a charge.

No automatic refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and access to platform data, refunds are not provided automatically after a charge has been processed.

Eligible refund cases

  • You were charged incorrectly, including duplicate or technical billing errors.
  • The service was not accessible due to a verified system failure on our side.
  • You canceled shortly after the first charge and did not meaningfully use the platform.

All refund requests are reviewed individually.

Non-refundable cases

  • Change of mind after access has been granted.
  • Partial usage of the platform.
  • A completed plan purchase after access to paid data has been granted.
  • Lack of expected business results, partnerships, or revenue.

The platform provides access to data and signals, not guaranteed commercial results.

Subscription cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time after becoming a paid customer.
  • Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise in your plan terms.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time in an active billing period.
